Data we process

• Account data such as name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, and verification state.
• Workout data such as completed sessions, sets, repetitions, weights, duration, favorites, and progress history.
• Preferences such as language, animation character, weight unit, and onboarding choices.
• Essential technical data such as authentication cookies, security logs, IP address, browser information, and error data.

Guests can use core workout features locally. Guest workout data may remain in browser storage until it is cleared or synced after sign-in.

Why we use data

We process data to create and secure accounts, provide workout generation and history, remember preferences, synchronize guest activity, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

workoutroutine.cool is designed to use Vercel for the application, a PostgreSQL provider such as Neon for account and workout data, Cloudflare R2 for exercise media, and Google when a user chooses Google sign-in. These providers may process limited technical data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertising and payments

Advertising, behavioral tracking, billing, Stripe, RevenueCat, and OpenPanel are disabled for workoutroutine.cool v1. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies keep users signed in and protect sessions. Local storage keeps guest workouts, favorites, interface state, and weight-unit choices. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

Retention and control

Account and workout data is kept while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, and backups. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Deleting browser storage removes unsynced guest data from that browser.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. workoutroutine.cool is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to data processing in their country.
